Ponderosa Golf Course – Truckee

The course features 3,022 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 35. This course has 3 sets of tee boxes for a fun but challenging golfing experience. The course features chipping and practice greens, driving nets, pro shop, snack bar and a fabulous view.

Gray’s Crossing – Truckee

The Golf Club at Gray’s Crossing is tucked away in a secluded area of the Sierra Nevada, offering plenty of tall Jeffrey pines and native wetlands for a scenic and challenging round. The mountainous terrain is covered in wildflowers and abundant with wildlife, earning its certification as an Audubon International Gold Signature Sanctuary. Golfers are also treated to panoramic views of Mt. Rose and the High Sierras. It’s not just beautiful though, this golf course is also a formidable test. There are elevation changes throughout, water hazards on three holes, and strategically placed bunkers. Although The Golf Club at Gray’s Crossing’s fairways are generous, they are bordered by thick native vegetation.

Old Greenwood – Truckee

Nestled among 600 acres of towering pines in the mountains near North Lake Tahoe lies Old Greenwood, 18 holes of perfection courtesy of Jack Nicklaus.

Schaffer’s Mill – Martis Camp (Truckee)

Schaffer’s Mill Golf & Lake Club is a private club designed by John Harbottle, however, the Club does offer unaccompanied guest play on Mondays throughout the season. The outward or “Meadow” nine ambles through firs, spruce and Ponderosas at the base of a ridge, while the inward “Mountain” nine showcases elevation changes of up to 400 feet, with magnificent 360° views of the Martis Valley, Lookout Mountain and the Carson Range. The par 71 course plays to over 7,000 yards and is considered by many as the finest golf course in the Tahoe and Truckee area.

Links At Squaw Creek – Olympic Valley

Nestled in a scenic valley with protected wetlands, the Resort at Squaw Creek gives golfers an outstanding day on the links, combining challenging play with awe-inspiring scenery. Forced carries and tight fairways put accuracy at a premium at this course, which holds a mind-boggling slope rating of 146 from the back tees.

Coyote Moon – Truckee (Northwoods)

Golfers can truly experience High Sierra golf at its finest at Coyote Moon Golf Course in Truckee, not far from the busting town of Reno. Located more than 6,000 feet above sea level, Coyote Moon is a delight for the senses, as the well-maintained fairways lead to blissful, panoramic views.

Tahoe Donner Golf Course – Truckee

This 18-hole, 7,002-yard par-72 championship golf course is located on 200 acres of pristine Sierra landscape with towering pines featuring stunning views and meandering creeks, granite rock formations, elevations changes and greens so consistently pure they have been recognized as the “Best Greens in the Tahoe Region.”

Northstar Golf Course

Northstar California Golf Course has a unique layout that was seamlessly integrated with the rugged, wooded terrain of Tahoe. The front nine plays through a scenic, rolling valley while the back nine plays through the towering pines of the forest. The first nine holes have a classic links layout and the back nine demands precision with its tree-lined fairways and small greens. Native vegetation and scenic water hazards are scattered throughout the golf course. Strategically placed sand bunkers add another challenging element. The signature hole at Northstar California Golf Course is the par-3 15th, which requires a shot over a creek to a small green.

Old Brockway – Kings Beach

Old Brockway golf course is a 9 hole course that sits on a beautiful Lake Tahoe front setting on the corner of 267. Designed by renowned Scottish architect John Duncan Dunn and being family owned and operated since 1978, you will enjoy more than 3400 yards of quality golfing experience, including two par 5 holes.

Incline Village Mountain Course

An amazing mountain layout with old growth trees and elevation changes, this 18-hole Incline Village golf course is fun and affordable. Tahoe City Course

Tahoe City Golf Course is a family friendly 2700 yard 9 hole par 33 golf course that includes 1 par 5, 4 par 4’s , and 4 par 3’s.
