A Winter Dream & Golfer’s Delight, we invite you to our Exquisite 3,264sqft Paradise sitting on Northstar's Golf Course (Hole 10), where you can Walk in Minutes to the Clubhouse, Driving Range, Putting Green & Hole 1, or request a Shuttle between our Home & Village! Soak in our Private Hot Tub with Golf Views next to our Gas Firepit, or in our Dry/Wet Sauna off our Bonus Room complete with a Computer, Pool Table w/ PingPong Top, 2 Arcades, XBOX, and Gym Equipment, leaving nothing to be desired.

Our (3) King Bed Bedrooms + (4) Full Bathroom home is the closest to the Northstar Golf course Hole 1, with nothing between except the parking lot! Enter the Front Door into our large living room with vaulted ceilings and luxury vinyl flooring, Gas Fireplace, and 70" Smart TV complete with Cable TV & DVD. We have an Air Purifier, and a High Chair next to our Natural Wood Dining Table, as well as a Pack-N-Play and Baby Stair Gates at both stairs. This Main Floor is where you can also dine out on our back deck to watch the Golfers around the Fire Pit or in our Hot Tub, and cook extravagant meals with the family in the Chef's Dream Kitchen with High End Appliances, and access the Master Cal-King Bedroom with Walk-In Closet and Ensuite Bathroom.

Heading upstairs you'll find the other (2) bedrooms, both complete with King Beds, 32" Mounted Smart TV's, convenient USB/Outlets on the side tables, and the Shared Full Bathroom. All Bedrooms also have both Humidifiers & Tower Fans!

Should you head downstairs from the main floor Kitchen, you enter our Bonus Game Room where we have 2 Professional Gym Equipment Trainers & Weights, an Office Desk with Working Computer & Wifi Connected Printer, Pool Table w/ Ping Pong Top, 2 Retro Arcades including Golf, Golden Axe and More, an XBOX 360 w/ Games on the 45" Mounted TV with DVD Player, and the (2) Twin Beds + Pull-Out Queen Couch. (3) MINUTE WALK TO THE NORTHSTAR GOLF COURSE:
18 holes, 6,781 yards, 4 tee locations, and a 72.4 NCGA rating – all up at 6,000 feet, allowing you to hit the ball 10-15 yards farther than normal! Northstar is a soft-spike facility. Collared shirts required, no denim. Alcoholic beverages available for purchase on-site. No outside alcohol allowed. Every golfer must have their own set of clubs. Rental sets available in golf shop. Call the club for questions & book a Tee Time (530-562-3290). The Clubhouse has a Firepit, Bar, Pro Shop, Driving Range, Putting Green, and Grab-N-Go Restaurant Called, The Turn.
